Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags. We cannot accept returns on damaged items or items missing their original packaging and tag.
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item and process your refund, you’ll receive your money via Instapay, mobile wallet, or bank transfer. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do I need to confirm my order if I choose Cash on Delivery?
If you’re a first-time customer selecting Cash on Delivery, you’ll need to confirm your order via WhatsApp within 24 hours, or the order will be automatically canceled.
Can I open my package while the courier is present?
No. In accordance with our delivery policy, we ask that you do not open packages while the courier is present. For your security and ours, please inspect your order fully once you’ve received it.
